You need minimum 3 years of operational experience, passion for excellence, analytical mindset and Quality orientation and team player. For IASSC certifcation there is no requirement of project ; but for ASQ the participant need to submit affidavit that he / she has completed LSS project. Check IASSC / ASQ websites before moving further
