A contract is a formal agreement between two parties agreeing on guidelines to be met with the least ammount of financial risk. Any agreements made between two parties must have a contract written up to protect both parties. A contract can be re-evaluated once the contract finishes and a new contract must be drafted with new terms.

Hi, There are mainly 2 courses that you can thik of having a look at. They are CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) & CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager). These are two certifications from NCMA, USA.
