As someone who has had a long career in the food safety, spanning across several domains she is an asset to our company.  Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Food Microbiology, she also holds approvals from government authorities like Dubai Municipality Food safety and public health department and various renowned awarding bodies like HABC & TSI. She is also a HACCP consultant and auditor with proven experience in food safety consulting and auditing. She is someone who takes great pleasure in sharing her knowledge to her students.  She is an out and out professional with a niche for innovation, dynamism and a result-oriented approach.
