The Dietetics & Nutrition Course ( Level 4 ) covers everything from a basic introduction to the concept of nutrition right through to digestion, detoxification, women's health, the immune system and how diet and nutrition are linked with human disease. On this course you will study two comprehensive units on weight control management and weight loss management. The key differences between healthy and unhealthy weight loss are also introduced and discussed. will help you learn what constitutes a balanced diet according to established nutritional science and equips you with the skills and knowledge to advise others.
