An attractive outward appearance begins with understanding the inside of the body. Through this understanding, you can gain insight into what the core issues are that could be causing problems with a client's outward appearance and what you can and cannot do to remedy these, in your role as a beauty therapist.

By studying the Beauty Therapist Diploma Course, you will learn about the internal mechanics of the human body. You will be taken through the various systems, tissues and cell structures - gaining knowledge of the function and purpose of each and how they work together to maintain homeostasis. You will also learn about the various aspects of nutrition and the importance of maintaining a balanced diet both for the internal and external body.

Each of these services is covered in their own module, where you will learn about any equipment you may need, and the process and theories of each treatment. You will also learn about the health risks associated with working in this industry and the preventative measures you can take to minimise these.
