We_They is committed to helping our learners to improve the way they work and communicate. Our team is comprised of professionally qualified and occupationally experienced professionals. As well as sharing their academic knowledge our facilitators share their real experiences gained in the workplace. Our learners tell us that they find our courses hugely relevant to Icon-4their future careers. We consistently receive excellent feedback from our learners, who report that as well as gaining qualifications they have grown in confidence and competence,its not about us but our learners. Our business was founded in 2007 and is named after a horse!

TESTIMONIALSChampion, Epsom Derby winning We_They was born in Lodge Park Stud in Ireland. The colt’s mother was blind. When We_They was a foal he wore a bell around his neck so that she knew where he was in the field. He was a headstrong and spirited colt. He brimmed with potential but needed to be handled very carefully and creatively. Some would say he was difficult. Through the brilliance, tenacity and dedication of the teams at Lodge Park Stud and later at Jim Bolger’s in Coolcullen he became a world champion.
