The Entry Level Firefighter Written Exam measures your ability to think critically and perform under pressure.

About Stacy Bell

Stacy L. Bell-Pilchard, M.S. Stacy is the Executive Vice President of FPSI. Stacy has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of experience in the field. She is an expert at developing and validating tests and measures for pre-employment and promotional processes within the protective services industry and is the project manager of all test development and validation studies conducted at FPSI. Stacy conducts nation-wide candidate orientation workshops to help prepare candidates for success at their next recruitment process. She is also the co-author of several articles and presentations and two nationally-published books: Testing in the Fire Service Industry: A Handbook for Developing Balanced and Defensible Assessments (2011) and Firefighter Exam for Dummies (2011).
