You'll learn how to pick the best social networks for your business and examples of how other organizations are using social media successfully. You'll learn how to write content for social media and what kind of content will get you the most engagement from your audience. You'll learn how to use an editorial calendar to plan your posts. Last but not least, you'll get a lesson on social network etiquette, with a list of do's and don'ts for each channel.
