- Understand potential impacts on the independence of organisation
- Understand the impact on potential product deliverables
- Minimise threats to achievement of project objectives
- Classify risks e.g. technical and operational
- Provide a systematic approach to:
- Identify and assess risks
- Determine cost-effective risk reduction actions
- Monitor and report progress in reducing risk
Assessment Activities
Competency assessment will be conducted throughout and at the end of the course.
