This workshop addresses the skills and knowledge required to implement change processes within a workgroup. It covers identifying opportunities for innovation, implementation of changes to work practices and continuous improvement processes.

Identify Opportunities for Innovation
- Identify systems and behaviours that require changes
- Effective communications of ideas and information in preparation for changes
Implement Changes to Work Practices
- Constant support and sufficient resources for the implemented changes
- Constant monitoring of team members’ performance so as to facilitate continuous improvement
Implement Continuous Improvement Systems and Processes
Target Audience
- This course is suitable for Supervisors, Managers or Team Leaders who are leading teams, promoting innovations, driving and implementing changes as well as seeking to continuously improve the work processes
Assessment and Certificate
- Written assessment and oral interview form part of the assessment requirements
- Upon successful completion, participants will receive the WSQ Statement of Attainment
