The skills include reviewing programmes, systems and processes; developing options of continuous improvement; identifying business opportunities for innovation and reform; managing emerging opportunities and challenges; implementing business innovation; and, evaluating the success of the programme(s) of change.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Assemble a heterogeneous team or interdisciplinary teams and establish an open communication model
- Create information flow and learning opportunities to promote a culture of change
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and reform
- Develop decision criteria to select the most suitable plan
- Establish a task list and gain support from team to implement the plan
- Assess progress of change or innovation project to manage challenges and opportunities
- Evaluate the programme, system or process against the project objectives
