Learn how to create a workplace environment that enables and supports the application of innovative practices within the creative industries. The skills include reviewing programmes, systems and processes; developing options of continuous improvement; identifying business opportunities for innovation and reform; managing emerging opportunities and challenges; implementing business innovation; and, evaluating the success of the programme(s) of change.

  • Assemble a heterogeneous team or interdisciplinary teams and establish an open communication model
  • Create information flow and learning opportunities to promote a culture of change
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for innovation and reform
  • Develop decision criteria to select the most suitable plan
  • Establish a task list and gain support from team to implement the plan
  • Assess progress of change or innovation project to manage challenges and opportunities
  • Evaluate the programme, system or process against the project objectives
