Course details

Food handlers, cooks, supervisors, managers and staff working in the food establishments, hotels, hawkers centres, and retail business.

To meet Singapore's National Standard of Food Hygiene Training. A fundamental course to create awareness in the importance of food hygiene and safety: from preparation to sale of food. This training is a pre-requisite to be a Food Handler in Singapore, 5 years after attaining the WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures.

Programme Outline

  • CE 1 - Practise good Personal Hygiene
  • CE 2 - Use safe ingredients
  • CE 3 - Handle food safely
  • CE 4 - Store food safely
  • CE 5 - Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment and service / storage areas.

To attend or send your staffs for the above training, please complete the enclosed registration form and return to us by post together with your cheque or personally go to our office inNgee Ann City Tower B, #13-09or50 Playfair Road #02-04, Noel Buildingto hand in the registration form and made payment. Please do not post cash. Cash or cheque payments may be made at our office. Registration must reach us, 1 week before course commence.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. There is no refund upon confirmation of registration. Envirohealth (S) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedules the training, change the venue or course contents if necessary.
