Course details

In the final stages of a media production, video post-production is an important process that requires both creative and technical skills. The post-production process covers all stages of production occurring after the actual end of shooting and/or recording a completed work. The post-production process is where art, science and technology work in tandem to allow effective materialisation of the final video product.

This unit is designed to equip participants with the necessary technical knowledge related in video post-production. Participants will be introduced to the complete post-production workflow; from making video ingest considerations, audio and video processing, to making technical decisions in video mastering for content delivery. This workshop-styled unit is filled with opportunities for hands-on learning with industry standard editing systems.
