Course Objectives:
This course is designed to enable managers/supervisors to understand the principles of auditing in accordance to the requirements of ISO 19011. The focus is to prepare for an on site audit, conduct an on site audit and preparing an audit report. This course will enable the managers/supervisors to conduct an internal audit on the management system implemented. At the end of the course, the individual will be able to prepare to conduct an on site audit, conduct on site audit and to follow up audit and prepare the audit report.
