The WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) qualification is designed for individuals who are keen to join the Workplace Safety and Health profession.
What will I learn?
Trainees are required to complete the following six modules.
- Identify WSH Hazards and Maintain Risk Control Measures
- Support WSH Legal Compliance and Incident Reporting
- Participate in Implementing WSH Management Process
- Check and Report Outcome of WSH Inspection
- Communicate and Relate Effectively at the Workplace
- Solve Problems & Make Decisions at Operations Level
Who is this course for?
This course is relevant for WSH Representative / Promoter / Advocate. It serves as the entry point for individuals with minimal WSH knowledge and experience who is looking to build careers as WSH Professionals.
Requirements
Participants are recommended to have attained the following before enrolling for the course:
- ES Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 4 OR
- Completed Secondary 2 education AND
- Preferably hold a WSH-related appointment
How will I be assessed?
Written Assessment, Oral questioning, Written Report
Will I recieve a certificate of completion?
Participants will receive a full certificate (Certificate in WSH) and a transcript after completion of all modules.
