Course details
This unit covers assisting in providing lights at the appropriate lighting intensity and locations. The skills include selecting, setting up, adjusting and controlling the lights and accessories to deliver the desired direction, quality and colour of light.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Determine the lights and accessories needed by assessing the environment and brief provided
- Use appropriate grip tools and accessories to secure and support lights and accessories
- Safely secure appropriate lights and accessories to provide a safe working environment during shooting
- Use appropriate techniques to control and adjust the lights to produce the required intensity and quality of light
