The program help participants to understand how the various Quality standard and its system help organization to maintain standardization and product/service quality offered to your customers.
Entry Requirement
Participants should be able to understand and speak English.
Award of Certificate
- Successful students will be awarded: WSQ Statement of Attainment (SOA) by WDA.
- Students must pass the assessment and attend 100% of the sessions.
Objectives
Participants will learn the application techniques for
- Plan daily work to meet quality system requirements
- Identify own duties & responsibilities according to organizational quality procedures, quality policies and job descriptions
- Explain duties and responsibilities of manufacturing operator according to organizational quality procedures, quality policies and job descriptions.
- Share organisational examples if available
- Establish job and quality objectives according to work instructions, organizational quality procedures and policies
- Explain work instructions, organizational procedures and policies relating to establishing job and quality objectives and guide/show trainees how to do it.
- Plan work activities to meet quality system requirements with supervisor or designated personnel
- Explain, guide and show trainees how to plan work activities to meet quality system requirements.
- Discuss performance measures with designated personnel
- Explain methods of performance measures
- Relate it to organizational policy and procedures
- Report any abnormalities and problems encountered in planning daily work to designated personnel according to organizational quality procedures.
