The WSQ Aerospace: Basic Aviation Skills (Extended) course is intended to enhance the work attitudes and aviation skills of newly recruited personnel. It also prepares those who want a career switch to the Aviation Industry. This course provides the basic knowledge, and essential practical skills, required for general aircraft maintenance.

Minimum Entry Requirements
WSQ Employability Skills WPLN Proficiency Level 4 equivalent to Lower Secondary

The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system offers a systematic path for inpiduals to equip themselves with relevant competencies so that they can upgrade their skills, enhance their employability and stay relevant.
Certification
Upon successful completion of this unit, learners will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA).

Perform Basic Aircraft Safety Practices and Documentation A WSQ Higher Certificate in Aerospace will be issued by WDA upon successful completion of 4 relevant units.
