This competency unit specifies the skills and knowledge to interpret prepare, draft as well as present a business plan.
This unit is within the competency category of Strategy Planning & Implementation and consists of the following elements:
- Interpret business plan outline and objectives of business plan
- Identify and extract necessary information from relevant sources for inputs into business plan
- Draft business plan in consultation with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Present draft business plan to relevant stakeholders for endorsement
Entry Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy, and
- Working experience of at least two years and above at a Supervisory or Managerial position
