This programme will enable students to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to work as a Childcare Assistant in a creche, playgroup, after-school day care, or similar setting.
The focus of the programme is to develop the interpersonal, social and practical skills necessary to work in early years education.

Ordinary Leaving Certificate/Leaving Certificate Applied. All applicants must have two references and are subject to individual and group interview. Applications are welcome from mature students with relevant experience.
