Course details

This course covers the differences between fat loss and simply weight loss. These information can be applied to anyone regardless of gender or age. All the lectures include related pictures to the subject, which will explain the energy balance and caloric deficit in the body, different nutrients and their effect on fat loss, weight loss, and performance. Also, the needed amount of each nutrient for different goals. The body type divisions and the concepts of body composition and spot reduce. Also, the environmental and social aspects of weight loss and fat loss procedure will be covered. These lectures have been presented in four sections and at the end there is a test that address all of the main points in the course. After taking this course, you'll have a general overview and approach towards energy expenditure, weight loss, and fat loss in the body.
