Who should attend?

These courses are designed for anybody working day to day with Web Development and Content Management. Webmaster 1 gives a great foundation to those without a deep technical knowledge, while Webmaster 2 caters more to the needs of the more experienced content deveoper. There is flexibility to tailor the modules within these courses to suit your own needs. Course Outline

Our Webmaster Programming Diploma course is an advanced course suitable for existing Web designers with a good working knowledge of HTML. This Level 2 Diploma will teach you how to develop and maintain database driven websites that will support e-commerce activities. The syllabus will cover a number of tools including Client-side JavaScript, Sever-side PHP and MySQL tools. Using these languages you will be able to generate a three-tier, E-commerce website and keep up to date with the current web technologies in this constantly changing field.

Certification

Along with the Webmaster Designer Diploma (Level 1) the Webmaster Programming Diploma (Level 2) is very well recognised in Industry. In order to achieve the Diploma, candidates must achieve 70% or higher in 2 exams and submit 2 Web projects. Exams are run on Friday evenings at 5pm.
