Warehousing and storage is an important part of logistics services. It covers a wide scope of activities that can result in various hazards and risks. This workshop is designed specifically for warehouse executives and supervisors to better understand effective safety and health management in the warehouse and identify risks that could potentially arise in the workplace. Participants will also learn how to implement safety and health measures that can help to prevent and control risks effectively. Benefits includes protecting company’s employees as well as members of the public from harm. When staffs have the right safety knowledge will also help protect the company’s premises, goods, equipment and reputation. This one day workshop will help participants identify the main causes of hazards and the corresponding actions needed to reduce injuries and ill health through the application of risk assessment.
