James de Burca of renowned Dublin Vegetarian and Whole-food Restaurant Cornucopia takes you through his favourite recipes. Healthy, wholesome, vibrant and most of all, packed full of great taste and flavour. Discover how easy it is to incorporate a plant based diet into your daily life. You don't need to be a Vegan to do this course but if you are, you'll love it.
