Excel 2010 provides tools to present data efficiently and also © n make data more fá¡ciles to understand. The tables can be used to present data logically so they are fá¡ciles read and table styles allow books give an attractive and more professional appearance. Conditional formatting allows highlight trends and exceptions in cells or ranges of cells presenting the data áºnicas identified many ways to make them stand out. Minigrá¡ficos, a new feature in Excel 2010, graphics are small ± os in a cell that provide a visual representation of data and can be used to show trends with a better visual appearance.
