Course details

Scrum is a subgroup of agile methodology. It is a structure for managing and organizing work with an emphasis on software development. A Scrum process is differentiated from other agile processes by some specific ideas. The Product Owner is one of the three roles of Scrum. Scrum Product Owner Training Level 2 series covers the concepts of Scrum Product Owner training. You will get an introduction to Scrum, and learn about roles and responsibilities, planning, managing quality, change, risk and also learn about sprints. This course will prepare you to take on the Product Owner responsibilities. You will also be taught about the Scrum framework. Most importantly it refers the role as the Product Owner or consumer for a Scrum group. Managing stakeholders, creating and grooming the excess product, user stories etc. will also be included in this course program. You will be able to take part in exercises, discussion and case studies.
