Course Description:The objective of this course is to expose delegates to the Supply Chain Management concept; role-players in Supply Chain Management (SCM); code of conduct for SCM practitioners in the public sector; delegations, role and functions of the various bid commitees: Specification, Evaluation and Adjudication; bid meeting procedures and the application of the preference points systems as well as the calculation of points.
