This short programme will provide learners with basic knowledge and skills in PC hardware, components, installation and troubleshooting.

This programme is designed for learners with technical aptitude who need some basic technical knowledge and skills to prepare them for further studies towards the CompTIA and Microsoft certifications.

• Hardware skills for building or upgrading systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and operating system software
• Antivirus, utility and diagnostics programmes
• File systems recovery
