Course Objectives

• The MBA (Graduate) is a full-time career development programme for those with little or no work experience.  This course focuses on developing the leadership and management skills needed in today’s global economy.  
• Learners will gain a critical knowledge of organisations and their management, and develop a creative and systematic approach to understanding business issues.  They will also develop knowledge of how to improve business, leadership and management practice in organisation, along with transferable skills that will help them work with self-direction and originality. 

Teaching Methodology

A variety of teaching and learning strategies is employed throughout the programme to ensure the acquisition and development of appropriate concepts, knowledge and skills and achievement of the stated learning outcomes.  Some of these will be experienced during formally timetabled sessions with a University of Bolton Module Tutor or a Unitedworld Module Tutor; others may be adopted personally to facilitate self-learning.
