Develop an effective FM Management SystemIn today's challenging world it is not enough for Facilities Management professionals just to do a good job they have to be able to demonstrate it and quantify it. ISO 41001:2018 provides a framework to allow them to do this in a way that is relevant irrespective of the sector in which their organisation operates or where in the world they are based. This course will help develop a route map that will optimise facilities management operations in a way that aligns more closely with core organisational objectives.

By completing this course delegates will be advised on how to develop a FM management system that demonstrates the following:

>The efficiency and effectiveness of their FM operations

>That FM operations efficiently and effectively meet the varying and sometimes conflicting needs

>Sustainability is being delivered whilst business focus is maintained

About Quadrilect

We are proud of the quality of our training and have a number of quality control procedures to ensure best practice across the range of our training and consultancy services. We are equally proud of our highly responsive approach to administration.

The courses are based on many years of ‘hands on’ management experience in the topic areas concerned which have then been mapped against the BIFM’s FM competences. The content [which is regularly updated] comprises a unique blend of theory and practical guidance and advice.

Our highly professional and qualified Trainer Team has been recruited and nurtured over many years. The team is made up of practising managers and consultants selected for their expertise and presentation skills, a number of whom are routinely consulted when new legislation is drafted.
