Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want to be done because he wants to do ; (Dwight D. Eisenhower)
Leadership is about creating a clear vision, sharing it with others so that they will follow it with their own will, giving the information to others to realize that vision and managing and balancing the contradictory interests of all the members and the stakeholders.
A leader always comes forward at the time of crisis and he is capable of presenting his creative approaches and innovative acts in tough situations.
The unit seeks to deliver the guidance about leadership, managing performance and servant leadership. The content covers several key topics such as director’s style, coach’s style, supporter’s style, delegator’s style in depth.
On the completion of this unit, learners will be capable of understanding the comfort zone, on boarding and orientation including a deep look at building trust. Discover the cycle of trust and performance along with the trust exercise.
