Sometimes change is imposed on us either we like it or we not, no matter what is the reason behind , whether it be a reorganisation, a merger or a new initiative. Such type of change gives some strong challenges to managers like how to give motivation to their teams when there is uncertainty, how to keep their validity and honour and how to take care of others and themselves with sensitivity. This feature of the change is called transition and several managers feel conflicted in this period.
The organizations need to enhance their understanding with the dynamics of change and its importance, the effects of change on people and their reactions and strategies for managing the teams effectively.
