Created for aspiring make-up artists who wish to obtain the skill set and artistry techniques required in the minimum amount of time. This course is exclusive to the LA College of Creative Arts College Los Angeles campus with every aspect being delivered by a number of reputable tutors, all of whom are working make-up artists and experts within the field.
Students will undergo the most rigorous training currently on offer equipping them for a career working in the high fashion, catwalk and bridal make-up industry.
Technological advancements such as HD TV have presented a variety of new challenges to professional make-up artists. This new era requires an advanced skill set and higher level of education than ever before. The LA Ultimate Pro course meets these demands head on including a module on face and body airbrushing.
Recreate Two High Fashion Make-Up Looks
Every component of this course is taught through a series of interactive demonstrations and tutorials. Each one is then followed by a practical session where students will be asked to recreate what has been covered to ensure they grasp the techniques and skills required.
Participants on this course will also take part in an end of course photo shoot where they will be asked to recreate two high fashion make-up looks for their essential portfolio. Photo shoots also offer students valuable experience working with other industry peers such as photographers, models, prop assistants and stylists. The finished images will then form part of a professional portfolio to assist each student in their future career progression after graduation.
