The first attunement process consists of a series of four attunements after which the energy is amplified and drawn by the student through the hands. With this level, the student becomes attuned to Reiki Energy for Life.Theory includes understanding the chakras and their major functions in detail, principles of Reiki, grounding meditation, metaphysical associations to the physical body, features of Reiki, Reiki healing points, etc.
