Course details

Three days professional Manicure and Pedicure Course will cover correct nail care of the hands and feet, including filing, shaping, cuticle work and relevant massage. This is one course that covers both subjects, students will also learn how to polish the nail properly, contra indications and consultations. Aftercare advice is covered on this pedicure course as well as recognizing skin and nail diseases and disorders and infectious foot diseases. On completion, you will also know how to polish the nail properly both with regular colors and in French varnish finish.
 
This three days course is open to complete beginners or existing therapists, no previous beauty or massage experience required to attend.

Manicure course includes:

• Learn how to ensure top standards of health and hygiene for your surroundings, self and your clients  
• Study of the hands and the nail anatomy and physiology
• Tools and Equipments, products to use to perform manicure
• Client consultation procedure before commence the treatments
• Nail diseases and disorders
• How to perform this deeply relaxing massage to the arm and hand.
• How to apply therapeutic hand masks to increase the cleansing and softening effects of the manicure treatment to draw out impurities, rejuvenate and protect the skin and nails.
• After care instruction Instruct your clients on correct treatment at home in between visits to the salon

Pedicure course includes:

• Learn how to ensure top standards of health and hygiene for your surroundings, self and your clients.
• Study of the bones of the feet and the nail.
• Tools and Equipments, products to use to perform pedicure.
• Nail diseases and disorders.
• How to perform this deeply relaxing massage to the lower leg and foot.
• How to apply therapeutic foot masks to increase the cleansing and softening effects of the pedicure treatment to draw out impurities, rejuvenate and protect the skin and nails.
• Correct cutting and shaping of the toenail. Exfoliation of the of the feet and correction use of foot files buff to buff hard skin on the feet.
• How to apply varnish properly.
• After care instruction to your clients on correct treatment at home in between visits to the salon.

Qualification
 
After successful completion of the exam, you will get international KHDA Certificate from Alruba training Centre. Approved KHDA issued in Dubai UAE.
