Managing Benefits™ Foundation Course:
IIL is an APMG Accredited Training Organization (ATO) for Managing Benefits™.
Managing Benefits™ is not just an aspect of project and program management (PPM) but the core rationale for investing in change initiatives, ensuring optimal use of taxpayer and shareholder funds. This course complements existing PPM best practices (such as PRINCE2®, MSP®, P3O®, and MoP®) by expanding specific practices and techniques aimed at optimizing benefits realization. The training prepares you for the APMG Managing Benefits Foundation exam and provides a comprehensive understanding of benefits management principles, practices, and techniques.
Prerequisites:
- 2-3 hours of pre-course study
- Approximately 2 hours of study per evening during the course for exam preparation

APMG Managing Benefits Foundation Exam:
- Duration: 40-minute, closed-book exam
- Format: 50 multiple-choice questions
- Passing Criteria: 25 out of 50 marks required (50%)
