The part-time 20-month GEMBA programme is designed for very senior executives looking to move into the boardroom with the aid of a more personalised, intense and international MBA experience working closely with the School’s faculty across the MBS international network and offering leadership coaching and mentoring. GEMBA supports academic achievement and personal growth for senior executives and comprises three elements – a comprehensive academic programme led by top faculty; ‘The Reflective Manager’ course, which evaluates decision making, problem solving and management styles; GEMBA+ is a range of additional experiences from high level networking to personal coaching to help define personal goals, enhance interpersonal skills and build connections. The programme is delivered across four MBS regional executive centres in Dubai, Shanghai, Manchester and Miami.
