    • Entity relationship diagrams, object-oriented approaches, class diagrams

    Process Models – Part I (Non-UML):

    • Introduction to process modeling: data flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, flowcharts

    Process Models – Part II (UML):

    • UML process modeling: activity and sequence diagrams

    Usage Models – Part I (Non-UML):

    • Prototyping options: static prototyping, storyboards, dynamic prototyping
    • User interface design and user stories

    Usage Models – Part II (UML Use Cases):

    • Use Case diagrams, descriptions, and applications in the product lifecycle

    Integrating the Models:

    • Best practices for integrating models and transitioning to design
