This Professional European Bread and Baking Program is for professional bakers who want to upgrade their baking knowledge. They will learn how to create special breads and understand the underlying science of making great breads.A focused 40 hour, hands on bakery program is pushed in one working week. It can be noted that a batch of only 16 students are taught in a week.Classes are from 9am to 5pm, Sunday to Thursday. Saturday and Friday is a weekly holiday.
