The Workshop will investigate “unpiggable” (challenging, or difficult to inspect) pipelines and pipeline sections, sources of unpiggability, configurations and discuss options available and conceivable for inspection.Conducted By: Dr. Neb I. Uzelac - An accomplished Technical Expert and Manager with over 20 years of experience in the field of Pipeline Integrity and involvement with major international oil & gas pipeline inspection companies with operations worldwide.
Objective: Course will cover causes that make pipelines unpiggable, possible scenarios for addressing the issues, available technologies and procedures, advantages and drawbacks of methods that are commonly utilized, with case studies to illustrate the versatility of applications.
Learning Experience: Attending the workshop will enhance understanding of utilizing ILI in pipelines that are challenging, or difficult, to inspect, and will enhance the individual’s capabilities to assess feasibility of ILI in such cases and participate in devising a solution.
