The role of the Black Belt is to manage DMAIC projects and processes at an organizational ; The Black Belt should be skilled in project management, leadership, analytical thinking, adult learning styles, and organizational change ; Black Belts spend their time running projects, helping Green Belts, teaching, and doing analytical ; They work closely with the projects Champion to ensure the project goals are being communicated with the projects stakeholders.
This certification program includes extensive online study material to help you prepare for the certification exam, plus the exam ; It also includes the mailing of your physical certificate & transcripts in the mail once you are certified.
