Course details

This course is offered in lieu of Flag State examination and has been approved by the Vanuatu, Panama and Marshall Island Maritime Authorities. The course meets the training requirements of IMO Resolution (28) - Recommendations for the Training and Certification of Personnel on Mobile Offshore Units (MOUs).

The course is approved by the United States Coast Guard, and satisfies the training requirements of US Code of Federal Regulations for licensing of personnel on board Mobile Offshore Drilling Units.

Course Content:
The course content is based on subject material that is testable by the USCG and the Flag State authorities for each level of endorsement. The following topics will be discussed and reviewed:
