organization be it commercial, governmental or not-for-profit organization.
We will have a step by step approach whereby we cover the basic balanced scorecard concepts and use it
to develop strategy maps, performance measures and determine the progress towards these objectives and
introducing the topic of accountability in the organization in an interactive class-room styled environment,
we will have real life examples, case studies and exercises as part of this program.
