This five (5) daycourse covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to successfully enable participants to lead a team towards a highly effective performance.This course will assist participants to develop leadership capability, lead by example and provide the essential ingredients to manage and mentor team members to achieve efficiency and effective practices in the workplace.
