Welcome to the 3x3 Meditation Video Course! I'm excited to share how powerful taking just three 3-minute breaks during your day, to refocus, release stress, and visualize your goals can be in creating your healthiest body, releasing weight, improving your relationships and enhancing your focus and productivity.


Most of us are happy and satisfied in several life areas, but there may be others we'd love to improve. We may have a great job and financial stability but our relationships are suffering. Or we may have great relationships but we feel stuck because our health and physical wellness is sub-standard.

Whatever it is that you'd like to create for your life, I believe its possible in learning to condition your mindset and cultivating a deeper sense of your intuitive guidance, just 3 minutes at a time.

Learning how to quiet our mind chatter and release stress are only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the power of meditation. And short focused bursts of meditation enable your focus to be clear and strong, therefore enhancing your emotional and mental state and priming you for the breakthroughs you're seeking.

In this course I'll share with you examples from my own life (and those of my clients) in detail so you can see how 3-minute focus breaks can be the catalyst for transformation. I'll break down the process step-by-step so you can take your goals 7 days at a time. And I'll share lots of insights - or Key Concepts - that can help your mindset to stay open and on track.

The Course consists of 30 videos, each 15 minutes (or less) in duration so you can easily make note of those concepts and videos you want to refer back to without having to scan through hours of material. In total, the Course consists of over 5 hours of pure content focused specifically on:

  • Creating Your Healthiest Body (including weight loss)
  • Transforming Your Relationships
  • And including tips on: Attracting Abundance, Goal Setting and Managing the (never-ending) To Do List

This course is perfect for you if you know that you'd like to incorporate meditation into your life but just haven't had the time to fit it in, or if you are curious about how changing your mindset and "inner world" can create practical results in our day to day lives.

This program is not meant to diagnose any disease and is not a substitute for professional and personal guidance. My own personal transformation was infinitely more successful than it might have been with my trusted mentors by my side and I highly suggest the same for you!
