This project aims to develop relevant business skills for the participant to allow them to take up entry level positions in all sectors in the area of business administration. It aims to prepare and assist participants in securing employment in a range of national and international organisations. This will be achieved by the development of appropriate skills and knowledge in the area of business administration and the participants understanding of the world of business and management in the workplace. The project has been identified to specifically provide the targeted skills to keep pace with the employers and to also meet the skills gaps in Ireland and the Dublin area in particular, in the area of business administration.

Requirements
- 18 years old
- Leaving Cert 5 passes or equivalent ( e.g. FETAC Full Award)
- Willingness to learn, numerical apptitude. Good communication skills, attention to detail. Analytical approach to problem solving and decision-making is essential. Good diagnostic skills
- There are no previous academic qualifications or experience required.
