Course details

The course will equip both experienced and new trainers with the most up to date knowledge in training development, delivery and evaluation.

Course Content: 

  • Two minor awards are taken together to achieve the full Special Purpose Award.

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Learners will be able to outline the concepts and theories underlying the delivery and evaluation of training interventions.
  • Differentiate between the concepts of learning, training, development and education.
  • Examine the benefits of training needs analysis at an organisation and or inpidual level.

Deliver appropriate training content and materials using a range of training aids.

Course Assessment: 

  • Assessment is by Assignment, Project, Skills Demonstration, and Learner Record.

Course Requirements: 

  • Participants must hold a Level 5 or equivalent qualification and/or have relevant experience.
