Course details

This intensive course is aimed at those new to training or current trainers who haven’t received previous formal training.

It is designed to give them an overview and understanding of the key skills required to become a professional trainer.

Learners who successfully complete this course will:·

  • Understand different learning styles
  • Understand the functions and processes of learning and training
  • Evaluate different approaches to training
  • Appreciate the importance of training on an individual, social and economic level
  • Work effectively with a range of learner groups
  • Design, deliver and evaluate training courses
  • Develop and implement appropriate assessment methods

During the course the delegate is actively encouraged by the facilitator to get involved in debate and discussion on any of the above modules. The style of all our courses is interactive and challenging, we try to present all topics in a realistic and practical style this in turn motivates the delegate to turn the course material into practical reality back on the job.
