This course aims to give stu­dents a detailed under­stand­ing of the Tourism Indus­try in Ire­land. To pro­vide train­ing in cabin crew and pas­sen­ger ser­vice agent duties includ­ing the use of indus­try spe­cific IT appli­ca­tions e.g. Amadeus.

Pro­gres­sion and Career Options:

For­mer stu­dents are now work­ing in travel agen­cies, with air­line com­pa­nies as ground staff and cabin crew and in other travel and tourism related areas. Stu­dents can progress within the col­lege to a QQI level 6 cer­tifi­cate in Busi­ness or to a vari­ety of related Third Level courses e.g.DKIT,DIT and DCU.
