  • Identify the stress in our lives
  • Learn how stress effects us emotionally and physically
  • Understand the impact of stress on business

Module 2: Understand the body’s response to stress

  • Learn strategies for reducing your body’s reaction stress
  • Increase time management skills to decrease stress
  • Develop strategies for controlling the workplace stress

Module 3: Learn Methods to reduce stress

  • Learn to create a less stressful, more positive work environment
